Concerning the promotion, distribution, and purchase of products and services, the provisions of the current consumer protection legislation (Law 2251/1994, as currently in force with Law 3587/2007) apply to the respective Supplier and Buyer.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for products or services can be made either via credit or debit card, using PayPal or a similar method, or by direct deposit into the company’s bank account. User transactions on the website are conducted within the guaranteed secure environment of the respective bank.

PAYMENT PROCESS

Users express their interest in one or more products by providing their credit or debit card details and clicking the “Purchase” button.

The Company protects the confidentiality of user personal data by not storing credit or debit card details for future use. Users must enter their card number each time they purchase a product.

The Company bears no responsibility if a user does not make lawful use of a credit or debit card. Providing the card number implies the user’s consent for the credit or debit card to be charged.

A user’s purchase is canceled if the credit or debit card transaction is not accepted for any reason by the issuing bank or the card network (e.g., due to exceeding limits, suspicion of fraud, etc.).

The Company reserves the right to refuse a customer’s participation in any purchase for any reason, without incurring any obligation for compensation to the customer.

Transactions will be processed through the Company’s website using the services of its partnered Online Payment Processing provider.

The Company is not liable for the non-completion of transactions, charges, or commitments of amounts via credit or debit card for any reason, including but not limited to software issues, main memory failure, interruption of website access, or fault attributable to the Online Payment Processing provider or the Internet Service Provider (ISP). The aforementioned are illustrative examples, and other circumstances may arise.

More specifically, and by way of illustration and not limitation, cases where the Company bears no liability include the following:

1. Hardware or software failure of the Online Payment Processing provider. Should the request server of the Online Payment Processing provider cease to operate according to specifications, whether due to hardware failure (e.g., hard disk damage, power loss, main memory failure) or software issues, the user/subscriber will be deemed by the Company not to have participated in the purchase.

2. Non-notification to the Company regarding transaction completion. Should a transaction be charged or committed to a credit card, but the Company is not notified through acceptable procedures, then the Company will deem that the user/subscriber did not purchase the product. The inability to notify the Company may arise due to the fault of the Online Payment Processing provider or the Internet Service Provider.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users of the website agree not to use it to publish, email, or otherwise transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or in any way contrary to public morality. This includes content that violates another’s privacy, demonstrates malice, expresses racial, ethnic, or other discrimination, may cause harm to minors in any manner, or is not authorized for transmission under law or contractual prohibition (such as confidential information acquired or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements). LIMITED LICENSE

USER DELETION

Any User may be disqualified at any stage for the following reasons:
