The challenge

In November 2016, the publishing house Dioptra chose GIM Agency as its Strategic Partner in the field of Internet Marketing, entrusting us with the training and implementation of actions related to Adwords and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) as well as e-business consulting.

When we took on the project, the publisher’s e-shop was ranked on average between the 4th and 7th page, gaining a very small share of the market through organic results, despite being a well-known brand.

Competition on the internet is now fierce, both from well-known publishing houses and from branded book resellers, who in turn carry out actions in both paid advertising and organically.

GIM’s main achievement was to display the e-shop on the first page of Google’s organic results for highly competitive keywords and to improve all the qualitative and quantitative indicators of the Google Adwords account, with the main result being an improvement in the return on investment (ROI).

The following extremely positive results were achieved within 3 months.

We took over management of the AdWords account in June 2014, setting the following goals:
