INTRODUCTION

THE CHALLENGE
The challenge
The biggest challenge in this project was to establish a continuous flow of high-quality incoming leads while simultaneously boosting foot traffic to the physical store. The goal was to increase the customer base through Digital Marketing by utilizing the BCR2 system, which encompasses Consulting, SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.

THE SOLUTION
The method
1. Brand Strengthening The first pillar of the strategy focused on brand strengthening. A key action was generating awareness in the target geographic area and increasing the perceived value of the company’s products and services. This was achieved through a comprehensive Social Media strategy featuring curated content, events, polls, and detailed presentations of the kitchens across promotion channels.
Additionally, a significant portion of the budget was invested in Store Traffic campaigns, Reach Instastories, and engagement & event response campaigns aimed at increasing followers. This skyrocketed the company’s brand awareness within its operational region, as well as physical store visits. The company is now positioned to invest in YouTube Video and TV ads to further establish itself in the kitchen interior market.
2. Lead Generation & Sales The second pillar of the strategy was to increase lead forms from high-intent buyers. Here, we leveraged all site visitors through Remarketing and Conversion Campaigns.

We created a catalog of all kitchens for Dynamic Remarketing, as well as banners featuring monthly offers provided by the company.

For Google Ads, granular segmentation, highly targeted search queries, and Smart Campaigns—which have performed exceptionally well in this sector—played a crucial role.
Optimization The client agreed to integrate a Call Tracker for more accurate campaign optimization. Furthermore, by tracking the conversion rate from forms to closed deals and monitoring overall business performance in collaboration with the client, we were able to further optimize the account, making our campaigns even more profitable.
