For the past 10 years, Kollises has been providing its customers with top-of-the-line home and professional equipment, with over 20,000 items available, combining absolute quality and innovative design. Each product reflects the latest trends in interior design, while offering some of the most competitive prices on the market.

As online platforms focusing on home and office furniture are experiencing significant growth, Kollises’ goal was to increase its sales and the overall revenue of its e-shop. To achieve this, it chose to collaborate with GIM in order to increase conversions across various platforms.

THE SOLUTION

The method

Before coming to GIM, the company had traffic-oriented campaigns, which focused on increasing traffic rather than increasing conversions, which was its goal. When we took over the account, we noticed the fierce competition in the industry, but also the competitive advantages that our partner had, which were a wide variety of products, lower prices compared to the market, and immediate delivery.

After studying the data we had collected, we proceeded to:

  • Strengthen the most successful sales categories by investing the initial budget, with a view to Kollises’ growth.
  • Expanding into other, lesser-known categories as ROAS increased, with a gradual increase in budget and testing new channels to see what works.
  • Shaping the strategy—taking advantage of the site’s history—so that the ads promoted by the partner to date with the aim of driving traffic would now drive purchases and profits.
  • Use of the Madgicx tool, due to increased traffic, to further strengthen the structure of the campaigns, resulting in a 60% increase in the conversion rate.
  • Google Audio Ads, which appear in music content and podcasts, with the aim of further enhancing brand awareness.
  • Promotion of Kollises’ private label, which will yield a higher margin.

After implementing all of the above actions, we achieved:

  • Revenue increase: 39.77%
  • Transaction increase: 41.26%
  • Conversion rate increase: 60.08%

At the same time, we achieved 50% of sales coming from the product line (private label) created by Kollises.
