The method

Rainbow Waters’ presence on social media was the first step in getting closer to its audience. We leveraged profiles on all major social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The strategy included publishing high-quality content, such as:

  • Educational videos on the benefits of clean water.
  • Humorous videos about water and its use.
  • Useful tips related to water consumption.
  • Promotional activities, such as monthly offers and gifts, which enhanced interaction with users.
  • Indirect promotion of products in a non-sales manner, such as linking a product to a World Day.
  • Promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility Actions.

 

At the same time, we kept in touch with customers through newsletters, informing them about new products, offers, gifts, discount coupons, and company news. In addition, through mobile marketing, push notifications, and Viber, we achieved maximum exposure for our email marketing campaigns, further enhancing our reach and interaction with the public.

For ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, we developed a strategy that focuses on different product categories and highlights specific features of the products.

  1. One of the main moves was to create different advertisements for each product category, with the aim of effectively reaching the right audience. This led to more effective communication and response from consumers.
  2. Through advertising, we highlighted specific product features that are key benefits for consumers, such as effectiveness and quality.

The result

The combined strategy of Social Media, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Google, Facebook, and TikTok ads strengthened Rainbow Waters’ image and increased its organic reach, leading to greater visibility and trust in the brand, and creating a more credible relationship with the public. At the same time, followers increased significantly, while interaction with posts reached new levels.

This strategy had a positive impact on the company’s sales, as evidenced by the following results from the company’s promotion on Google and Meta:
