The challenge
With competition constantly increasing both locally and online, SkoReal sought to become more recognizable and attract potential buyers and tenants, thereby increasing its customer base. The company was looking for a reliable partner to help it achieve these goals. For this reason, it chose to work with GIM to strengthen its online presence, increase awareness, and attract more potential customers through leads.

THE SOLUTION
The method
Through careful strategy and targeted campaigns, combining Google Ads and Facebook Ads, we conducted several A/B tests on visuals and tone of voice, increasing the number of leads and enhancing the recognition of each new service provided by SkoReal.
During the SEO audit, we identified significant issues that were hindering the organic growth of the site, both in terms of technical SEO > and in terms of user experience (UX). Based on the findings, clear directions and guidelines were formulated, focusing on programmatic SEO strategies. The goal was to implement a new version of the site that would allow targeted ranking for basic keywords, such as “rent a house in Thessaloniki,” but also for long-tail keywords. >”house rental Thessaloniki”, but also on long-tail keywords related to areas such as “house rental Pylaia”, “Toumba”, etc.
Recognizing the importance of topical authority, we began developing a real estate-centric blog. Through targeted articles, the blog aims not only to inform users, but also to strengthen their trust in Skoreal, with the ultimate goal of converting readers into customers.
Finally, knowing the crucial role of content on a classifieds site, we organized and trained the Skoreal team in optimizing property descriptions. Through practical guidance, we ensured better visibility on search engines, as well as increased chances of preference from visitors.
THE RESULTS
The result
After implementing all of the above actions, we managed to achieve significant results:
- 34.3% increase in paid traffic
- 950% increase in organic daily traffic (from 200 to 2,100) on transactional pages
- Increase in organic daily traffic by 1000% (from 100 to 1,100) on informational pages
- Increase in conversions by 23.8% from paid channels
- Increase in Organic Conversions by 244% (year-on-year comparison)
Alongside the targeted advertising strategy on Facebook and Google, specialized Google Sheets were developed to record and analyze phone calls. This practice allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and preferences, significantly improving campaign effectiveness and strengthening the brand’s overall commercial impact in the market.
