The challenge
In November 2016, Dioptra Publications chose GIM Agency as its Strategic Partner in Internet Marketing, entrusting us with the training and implementation of AdWords and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) actions, as well as e-business consulting.
When we took on the project, the publisher’s e-shop ranked on average between the 4th and 7th page of search results, capturing a very small market share through organic traffic, despite being a well-known brand.
Online competition is fierce, stemming from both established publishing houses and major book retailers who run extensive paid and organic campaigns.
GIM’s primary achievement was ranking the e-shop on the first page of Google’s organic results for highly competitive keywords and improving all qualitative and quantitative metrics of the Google AdWords account, resulting in a significantly improved Return on Investment (ROI).
The following extremely positive results were achieved within just 3 months.

The method
