The method

Social Media Strategy Rainbow Waters’ presence on social media was the first step toward closer audience engagement. We leveraged profiles on all major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The strategy involved publishing high-quality content, such as:

  • Educational videos on the benefits of clean water.

  • Humorous videos revolving around water usage.

  • Useful tips related to water consumption.

  • Promotional activities, including monthly offers and giveaways, to enhance user interaction.

  • Indirect product promotion (soft selling), such as tying products to specific International Days.

  • Promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Email & Mobile Marketing Simultaneously, we maintained communication with customers through newsletters, updating them on new products, offers, gifts, discount coupons, and company news. Additionally, utilizing mobile marketing via push notifications and Viber, we achieved maximum exposure for our email campaigns, further extending our reach and interaction with the public.

Paid Advertising (Social Ads) For ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, we developed a strategy focused on distinct product categories, highlighting specific features. A key move was creating tailored advertisements for each product category to effectively reach the right audience. This led to more impactful communication and higher consumer response rates. Through advertising, we spotlighted specific product features—such as effectiveness and quality—that represent key benefits for the consumer.

This combined strategy across Social Media, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, and Google, Facebook, and TikTok ads strengthened Rainbow Waters’ brand image. It increased organic reach, leading to greater visibility and trust, fostering a more credible relationship with the public. Simultaneously, follower counts increased significantly, and post interaction reached new levels.
