INTRODUCTION

It now has five physical stores in Athens! It has 20 commercial vehicles for delivering goods, while also developing its B2B sales sector. The company SKREKIS SA entrusted GIM with the main goal of increasing retail and wholesale sales, while also seeking to strengthen brand awareness in its sector.

Faced with ever-increasing competition in the electrical appliances, lighting, and smart home systems sector, as well as rising advertising costs, SKREKIS SA entrusted GIM’s experts to increase sales in its e-shop and strengthen its presence in the industry by creating strong brand awareness.

The company’s huge variety of products, which is constantly being updated, and the market dynamics after the COVID period, presented a new challenge for the GIM experts, who took action with a comprehensive and carefully thought-out strategy.

THE SOLUTION

The method

To implement the strategy, we initially utilized Facebook and Google advertising channels, with specialized and creative advertisements. By prioritizing A/B testing at the creative and verbal level, at the audience/personas level, and at the same time combining this with a continuous effort to identify the top-selling product categories, we managed to increase both total revenue and conversion rate early on.

 

In the second phase, taking advantage of the momentum of a company that constantly wants to evolve and progress, we proceeded to create a new strategic plan, on the way to Level Up.

The actions we took were:

A 100% increase in the marketing budget after the first six months of collaboration, with the addition of LinkedIn and Pinterest channels for creating ads.
To strengthen physical stores, local campaigns were created for each store individually, with the aim of increasing awareness.
Strengthening of creative social media content, with corresponding posts that reflect the values and character of the business.

We thus created a holistic strategy for retail, but also for the B2B segment!

The result

The results justified the initial plan and strategy created for SKREKIS SA, as evidenced by a 106% increase in orders, a 52% increase in conversion rate, and a corresponding 130% increase in revenue!

We succeeded

After more than a year of advertising on all the channels mentioned above, in accordance with GIM’s initial plan, SKREKIS SA, in addition to the overall increase in turnover in the eshop, has managed to increase traffic in physical stores and, of course, consolidate its presence in B2B sales, gradually moving into a new era.
