The-iStore is one of Greece’s most dynamic destinations for purchasing the latest electronics and gadgets, offering a wide and constantly updated range of products tailored to the needs of the modern consumer.
THE CHALLENGE
The challenge
- Navigating a highly competitive industry characterized by high Cost Per Click (CPC), constant pressure for high yields, and demanding performance marketing requirements.
- Overcoming data limitations caused by the implementation of Consent Mode v2, which created a strict need for reliable attribution and accurate performance tracking.
- Developing a unified cross-channel strategy to ensure a consistent brand presence, optimally utilize the increased budget, and maximize performance across all touchpoints.
Our primary goals were to achieve a ROAS of ≥ 5, increase overall traffic by 40%, and boost returning users by 30% through targeted campaigns and User Experience (UX) optimizations.

The method
Our strategy was built on advanced campaign structures and automated optimization practices, aiming for maximum efficiency and performance across every communication channel.
Meta Ads
Our Meta strategy relied on Advantage+ campaigns segmented by product category, fully leveraging tracking via the Conversions API (CAPI) and Advanced Matching. This approach achieved greater accuracy in data collection, improved attribution, and boosted conversions across all key touchpoints.
Google Ads
For Google Ads, integrating the Shoply – Shopping Ads Suite was a decisive factor in campaign growth. Through smart segmentation and product grouping, we highlighted product categories with higher profit margins, while performance-based budget allocation boosted the segments with the highest ROI. Simultaneously, we optimized feed management and bidding strategies, driving stronger performance in our Shopping Campaigns.
Klaviyo
Klaviyo was utilized as a core tool to enhance omnichannel performance through personalized automations and flows, such as abandoned cart, winback, and cross-sell campaigns. These automations were tailored based on user behavior, successfully increasing returning users, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Average Order Value (AOV).
