Who we are
GIM Agency (GIM AGENCY ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ ΙΚΕ) is a digital marketing agency based in Athens, Greece, providing advertising campaign management services (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to its business clients. As part of these services, we operate an app registered with Meta for Developers, through which we retrieve performance data from ad accounts we have been authorized to access.
What data we access
Through the Meta Marketing API, and exclusively from ad accounts to which we have been explicitly granted access via Business Manager (System User), we retrieve:
We do not collect personal data of end consumers (e.g. names, emails, visitor behavior) through the Marketing API — only aggregated, anonymized advertising performance statistics.
Why we use it
- Building internal and client-facing performance reporting dashboards
- Analyzing advertising campaign effectiveness for optimization purposes
- Preparing monthly / periodic reports for our clients
- Internal decision-making regarding budget allocation and campaign strategy
Where it’s stored & how it’s protected
Data retrieved via the API is stored in secure, encrypted environments (including our internal reporting tool / Lovable integration) and is accessible only to authorized GIM Agency personnel working on the relevant client account. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties beyond the service providers (data processors) who support us technically, who are contractually bound to protect it.
Retention period
Advertising performance data is retained for the duration of our engagement with the respective client, in order to enable historical performance comparisons (e.g. year-over-year reporting). Following the end of the engagement, data is deleted within a reasonable timeframe, upon client request or in accordance with our internal data retention policy.
Your rights
As a client or representative of a business whose advertising data we process, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To exercise your rights, please contact us at info@gimagency.gr.
