The ‘company’ collects and maintains exclusively the personal data that you disclose to it by entering the requested personal information in the respective fields and/or your responses within the framework of specific actions it conducts and in which you may voluntarily participate, and which are the minimum necessary for the proper functioning of the website and the services it provides.
In the context of its obligation to safeguard and protect the information of its customers and partners, the ‘company’ is committed to protecting and appropriately using the personal data collected either online from this website or through communication/cooperation with any third party.

The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, point (a) and Article 9, paragraph 2, point (a) of the GDPR regulation)

Regarding the transfer of data outside the EU, even to countries whose laws do not guarantee the same level of personal data privacy protection as provided by EU law, the Data Controller informs that the transfer will in any case be carried out according to the methods permitted by the GDPR, such as, for example, based on user consent, based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, by selecting parties participating in international programs for the free movement of data, or implemented in countries deemed safe by the European Commission.
5. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data

You also have the right to review the personal data we hold and generally to exercise any right provided by the personal data protection legislation.
