Today, the company operates five physical stores in Athens! It maintains a fleet of 20 commercial vehicles for distribution while actively expanding its B2B sales sector. By prioritizing A/B testing for creative assets, messaging, and audience personas—while simultaneously identifying top-selling product categories—we managed to boost both total revenue and conversion rates from the very beginning.

In the second phase, capitalizing on the momentum of a forward-thinking company, we developed a new strategic plan to take the business to the next level.
