INTRODUCTION

The collaboration with GIM was multifaceted, encompassing SEO optimization, Google and Facebook Ads, and a complete e-shop redesign.

Sweebies chose GIM’s SEO Experts to successfully rank the e-shop in organic search engine results and increase Online Sales.

It all started with the re-design of the e-shop, aiming for an excellent user experience while highlighting the brand’s premium aesthetic and uniqueness. Simultaneously, we conducted in-depth research on the competition and the target audience to design the appropriate SEO strategy.

The goal was for Sweebies to stand out in a highly competitive environment, where major competitors offer party supplies at very low prices. Sweebies’ competitive advantage is the high quality of its products and its comprehensive proposals for every occasion and party type. The method

The new Online Store is fully aligned with Google’s guidelines regarding both Search Engine Optimization and User Experience (UX).

The On-Page SEO strategy included all key elements, such as optimized Meta Data, as well as technical implementations to ensure a smooth transition from the old to the new e-shop.

Furthermore, focusing on User Experience and dwell time—one of the most critical ranking factors—we reorganized the menu categories and subcategories. Users can now quickly and easily browse party supplies sorted by theme, occasion, and color.

In just six months, Sweebies reached the first page for some of the category’s most targeted keywords, such as “party supplies,” “kids party supplies,” and “kids party decoration.” By the end of the first year, it had secured the #1 position for most of these keywords, a ranking it maintains to this day.

Over our 3-year partnership:

  • Average monthly traffic increased by 148%.

  • Annual revenue from organic sales rose by 117%.

One of the most significant outcomes of GIM’s strategy is that approximately 70% of visitors are returning visitors. Data like this indicates the strength the brand has acquired and the achievement of coveted Customer Loyalty.
